Sentiment Analysis of Customer Review Data Sentiment analysis is the process of identification and extraction of subjective information from unstructured data. Some of the common applications of sentiment analysis are, understanding the voice of the customer, voice of the market, the voice of the employee, brand management, financial markets, politics and government intelligence. The objective of the sentiment analysis in the case of Suite Spot would be to increase customer satisfaction based on the sentiment analysis of the customer review data and other available data about the customer and reservation, available from Kayak.
